Delivery & Returns

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours on weekdays. At particularly busy times an order may take a maximum of 48 hours to be dispatched. 

We offer free Standard Tracked Delivery on all orders. For next working day delivery, please choose Next Day Delivery Service (order before 11am, £7.50) upon checkout.

Please note that due to Covid 19, current delivery times may be longer than usual, however all orders will be processed as soon as possible.

Our couriers have made the following changes to their services to adhere to government guidelines:

  • They will not hand over a handheld device for signature, but will instead sign on the recipients behalf in their presence
  • They will step away from your door after knocking or ringing the doorbell, in case you are self-isolating
  • If you’re not able to answer the door, they will leave a calling card with details of how you or a friend/family member can collect your parcel

Please note that next day delivery is unavailable for the following places: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles.

Bank Holidays:

Please allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays. Estimated delivery dates presented on the product pages and in the checkout will be reflective of Bank Holidays where applicable.

Weather Conditions:

We'll do our best to make sure your order gets to you on time but please be aware that in severe or adverse conditions, our couriers may be unable to meet the advertised delivery times.

Cancelling An Order

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it. Please send us an email with your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order.

Returning an Item

We hope you love your new Etherea Gallery jewellery but If you need to return it for any reason, please contact our Customer Service team within 60 days from receipt on +44 20 3290 7173 or send us an email containing your name, address, and order number, so that we could organise the return.

Please note that on a preference-based return, the buyer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please accept our apologies. For a full refund or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team on +44 20 3290 7173 or email us at and we will send you a pre-paid return label. Place the item into its original packaging and make sure that the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place a copy of your dispatch note into the parcel. If the item is in its original condition, we will refund/exchange the goods.
